Second Chair Leadership Coaching helps pastors and ministry leaders strengthen their influence, clarity, and confidence in supporting leadership roles. Each session blends reflection and strategy to help you navigate complex dynamics, build trust with senior leaders, and lead with wisdom and grace. You’ll gain practical tools for communication, priorities, and resilience so you can lead effectively from the seat you’re in.

• Clarifying your leadership voice, scope, and strategic contribution

• Managing the tensions of influence, loyalty, and initiative

• Developing emotional and relational intelligence for team leadership

• Setting priorities and goals that reflect both organizational mission and personal calling

• Building resilience and confidence for long-term ministry and leadership impact

Coaching Experience

Each session combines reflection and leadership strategy to help you grow in both effectiveness and spiritual groundedness.

You’ll experience:

• Frameworks for assessing influence, alignment, and leadership impact

• Tools for communication, conflict navigation, and decision-making

• Guided exercises to clarify expectations and strengthen key relationships

• Strategic planning for your leadership development and next steps

• Encouragement and accountability to help you lead from overflow, not exhaustion

Sessions are typically one hour, offered via Zoom or in person. Packages available for 3-, 6-, or 12-session journeys.
