Tools for clarifying values, setting goals, and creating actionable next steps
Reflection questions that connect personal growth with faith-based principles
Customized strategies to build resilience, balance, and hope
Encouragement and accountability to keep you moving forward
Sessions are typically one hour, offered via Zoom or in person. Packages available for 3-, 6-, or 12-session journeys.
